Saturated Compounds

Is Chlorocyclohexane C6H11Cl saturated? It does not have the maximum possible number of H, does it mean it is unsaturated though it is an alkane?

Because it's a cyclic ring with no double bonds, it's said to have 1 degree of unsaturation
