rate of appearance

For a given set of conditions rate of appearance of IO3= 3.17 *10-4
the rate of disappearance of OH^- is?

reaction 2Cr^3+  + 3IO4- + 10OH- :rarrow: 2cRo42-  + 3IO3- +5 H20

my attempt:
[IO3]/3T=[OH^-]/10T
now all we do is  sub in rate for IO3 but divide it by 3 and multiply it by 10 and solve for [Oh^-]/t
