what r the compounds of commercial use that can be obtained using cysteine as one of the reactants? need some help with this

A Maillard reaction will give you a distinct meat taste. Kind of a tangy beef/pork taste in my opinion. It reminds me of Italian sausage, which I've never cared much for.

I can't really think of any more commercial applications for cysteine at the moment.

I don't know about compounds of commercial interest (did you stumble across a barrel of cysteine and now you want to make some $  ;)) but cysteine is quite useful in peptide ligation chemistry.
