Looking for service for Water Quattro Micro GC/MS/MS

My mass spec won't pump down. I think it's the turbo pump, but I'm not sure. Waters wants a small fortune to come replace it. I'm looking for other companies that know my instrument well enough to diagnose the problem, provide the part, and fix it cheaper than Waters. Anybody know of any companies out there that have those kind of expertise?
