Oh, I'm sorry. It's just that I'm not really good in Chemistry, nor do I fully understand it so I'm kind of afraid of the humiliation that I might get from posting my answers here.
Well, I've tried to search for the answers and here are the results I've obtained.
By the way, here's the sequence of our experiment: sample + H20, then we added NaHCO3 into the solution (sample + H20), and lastly, we added HCl to the solution (sample + H2O + NaHCO3).
a. CH3COOH + H2O + NaHCO3 --> CH3COONa + H2O + H2CO3
since the H2CO3 is unstable, it further decomposed into water & carbon dioxide:
CH3COOH + H2O + H2CO3 --> CH3COONa + 2H2O + CO2
b. C6H15N + H20 + NaHCO3
i have no idea about this one..
c. C6H5COOH + H2O + NaHCO3 --> C6H5COONa + 2H2O + CO2
Is it correct? Please, I really need help.
