HMBC correlations through oxygen?

Hi all,
Just wondering if you can see HMBC correlations from hydrogens to carbons 3 bonds away but separated by an oxygen atom? The spectra I have look good, but its hard to say if I'm seeing the expected correlation (assuming it can see through the oxygen) or just noise. I seem to see methoxy protons correlating to its attached aromatic ring, but not sure about a hydrogen attached to the "ether end" of a ester correlating to the carbonyl carbon... Any insight would be appreciated!

Yes, you should be able to see them.

Awesome, thanks! ...time to up the scans. Also, I assume its fairly normal to see a few HSQCs on the same spectra?
