This is the title of a lab report I have to complete. The polymath section of this report was easy but i'm having problems with locating decent information on how changing the speed of a stirrer or rate of input of oxygen air bubbles into a system would affect the production rate in a reaction: S + O₂ -> P
I was just wondering whether anyone could recommend a good book on enzymatic catalysis?
