How to find rate constant if only slope is given

For an equation that is first order how would i find k if only slope, which is 4.4 x 10-3 is given?

Recall the equation for a first order reaction:

ln[A] = -kt + ln[A]0

This is similar to y = mx + b, right?

How can you use this to correlate your given slope with k?
