How do you make match friction - red phosphorus compound?
« on: June 20, 2011, 03:35:03 PM »
I'm designing a line of decorative glass and ceramic containers that will hold and display wooden safety matches. I need to be able to adhere a striking surface on the side of the containers, and I'm having difficulty getting sheets of adhesive paper with match friction (can't meet their minimum orders). So someone suggested I make this friction myself, but I have no idea how.  Can a layman really do this?
