Lowering O2 Partial Pressure of CO2-O2 Gas

I've got a recirculating CO2 gas stream but O2 build-up is a problem.  What is the most energy efficient way limiting the O2 partial pressure?  Semi-permiable membrane?  Liquefaction?  ...?
