Drinking distilled water is bad for you?

Basically what they suggest is that drinking only distilled water leads to demineralization. Occasional sip doesn't matter.

I saw a youtube video some time ago about a company that produces "depleted water" for drinking. That's water with less D2O. They said something about health benefits of lighthydrogen water.
