Titration problem

When working put a titration would you use,
NaOH + H2SO4 ---> NaHSO4 + H2O.
Or
2NaOH + H2SO4 ---> Na2SO4 + 2H2O. ?

Yes it does. 100% is where the first proton is neutralized.
