How to decrease the temperature drop of pipeline?
« on: August 17, 2011, 01:59:31 AM »
There is a pipeline connecting a heating furnace and a reaction column. White oil is heated to a range of temperature in the heating furnace, and then fed to the reaction column through the pipeline. The temperature drop along the pipeline is too large, so the temperature of white oil entering into the reaction column is too low. ???

Would you give me some proposals to decrease the temperature drop of the pipeline?
Thank you very much!

Isolation.

I'm sorry. I forget to tell you that the pipeline has been isolated. The heating furnace and reaction column are fixed.

So how to decrease the temperature drop?

Thank you very much! :)
