So i am wondering what is the best meathod for Determination of Glyphosate in water that can keep my detection limit at or below 0.1ug/L.  EPA Method 547 for glyphosate in drinking water involves after liquid chromatography, post column derivatization and fluorescence detection but cannot keep a detection limit of 0.1. Any knowledge of a meathod that is consistent for determination of glyphosate would be much appreciated
