Biphenyl-4-ol C NMR signals

Why are 3 of the carbons in biphenyl-4-ol (C numbered 6 in the websites below) have the same C NMR chemical shifts? I cant see any symmetry that makes them equivalent. Are they just coincidence equivalence?

Something to consider: what was the field strength of the instrument used to acquire this spectrum?

It was 25.16 MHz in the spectrum but even 400MHz instrument gave the same result..
