I'm doing a lab which needs me to test the change in volume of different concentrations of vinegar being added to baking soda. My teacher says the stock solution of vinegar is 5%v/v. I was thinking of making different concentrations by using the equation C1V1=C2V2 (dilutions), but do I need to change the %v/v to molar concentration (mol/L) to do this? Or can I just go ahead and use this equation for 5%v/v to make the other concentrations?
appreciate the help
