Find PH and OH
« on: October 20, 2011, 12:24:06 PM »
What is pH if system has 500 ml of.1 M HCL and Concentration of OH ?

How I solve it
------------
HCL = H30   because 100% ionization

Ph = -log[.1] = ph

Take the ph and subtract it from 14 to give me my pOH

Than take  = [OH] =  10^-pOH

Is this correct way ?
