Reaction on solid support using water/MeOH as a solvent!

Hi,

I was wondering if it's possible to run a reaction on a solid support (Rink Amide AM Resin) using MeOH/water as a solvents. As far as I know, this kind of resins work better in DCM or DMF....but nothing is known in MeOH or water...
