If pressure and volume are the same you get $$ n_1 T_1 = n_2 T_2 /$$
This is correct. If you increase the number of molecules $$ N /$$, you are dividing the energy between more particles and, thus, the average energy
$$ \langle E \rangle = \frac{E}{N} /$$
And temperature is related to average energy
$$ T \prop \langle E \rangle /$$
