I need help with how to write a complete structural formal !

First you have to name the type of reaction, than name the reactants and products.
   a) C3H6 + Cl2  C3H6Cl2
   b) NH3 + C4H9COOH  C4H9CONH2 + H2O

It's not clear what you are having trouble with.  The exercise you quote here seems to be about naming compounds, but you mention you are having problems with structures--which isn't as relevant here.

What specifically are you having difficulty with?  Talking about what you do know may help clarify what you do not.
