I was wondering where, preferably in NYS, I can have a mixture of organic compounds made and bottled.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm... what you're looking for is a pilot scale formulation facility.  In the center of a major metro area.  Tricky.  Ask someone in the chemistry department of the nearest university, see if they have a location for you.  Maybe in the outer boroughs, more likely, outside the city, 'tho.
