Program to drawing a 3D axes
«

Hi friends,
I want to draw a structure of a molecule, then somehow show that atom(s) A is on the Xy-plane etc. Meaning, I want to have the axes labelled x, y and z on top of the molecule. Is there any program that can help me do that?
Thank you.

Not sure, but try Chemsketch from ACD software. It's freeware and it can do lots of things, so even if it can't do what you want it's a useful program. There's also IsisDraw, which I believe also has a free version
