EthylBenzene from Alkylation of Benzene with Ethylene

I urgently need help on the design of a plant that can produce 100,000 tonnes of ethylbenzene form alkylation of benzene with ethylene....using either aspen plus or hysys.. i can work with both to a minimal level.. Any help will be welcome.. Thanks
