Stoichiometry of Potassium Sodium Tartrate Tetrahydrate problem!

Hello!
I am having trouble with this question :

How many grams of Potassium Sodium Tartrate Tetrahydrate (C4H4KNaO6*4H2O) are needed to make 0.75L of a 3% (w/v) aq soultion of sodium tartrate?

I just dont even know where to begin with this question because I am not sure how to factor out the water...
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Do you know what physically happens when you put that compound into water?

Could you, for example, write a reaction for the process?

Personally, I was trying to figure out what happens to the potassium...

Umm no I have no idea what happens in the reaction or how to write a reaction equation, I think its just the wording of the question I think its supposed to say potassium sodium tartrate, not sodium tartate. Because theres a note on my question sheet that says: Note we want 3% (wv) sodium tartrate, not 3% sodium tartrate tetrahydrate. So I think they just forgot to mention potassium.

Question Should Say:

If you take 1 gram of the hydrated salt it will NOT contain 1 gram of the potassium sodium tartrate.

Water of crystallization goes into the solution, but in most cases you don't have to worry about it - just dissolve the solid in smaller amount of water then fill up to requested volume.
