Please if anyone know - what sort of derivative does the 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine reagent give with p-bromo-phenacyl bromide and this compound BrC6H4COCOAc where Ac=CH3CO.

Depends on your conditions. The first thing to happen will the nucleophilic attack of the hydrazine on the acyl bromide to make a hydrazine amide.
