finding Keq of specific reactions
« on: November 09, 2005, 11:07:31 AM »
Hi, in a lab I'm supposed to find Keq in the experiment where i esterify 3-toluic acid with methanol to form methyl 3-toluate.  I just wanted to know if there's any reference book or online place I can go to check my experimented Keq value with a real value.  Thanks!

Keq = [methyl 3-toluate][H20] / [3-toluic acid][methanol]
