How many liter i need for solution

I have 150000 liter of cylinder. It cooling tower. The solution of my product its 500ppm for 0.5 Liter. So how much liter i need for treatment the cooling tower.

Question as worded doesn't make sense (and has nothing to do with analytical chemistry).
150000L is the only answer that fits what you wrote.

i also don't understand what my engineering told me. He asked me to calculate what he want. As a chemist i also blur. But i do some experiment and just used the data to treat that tower....thank a lot Borek
