Energy Ladder Chem Energy

Could someone help me on how in the world i'm supposed to do this?  This sheet is extra credit and all, but I would like to know the steps on how to solve it. Thanks for any help.

You have to show some work first or at least pose specific questions.

That's the thing. I don't know how to start it at all.  I wasn't really present for class this day so I have no idea where to start it.
