Need help with boiling point problem

5.23 g of ethylene glycol, C2H6O2, are dissolved into 200.0 g of water. What is the boiling point of the final solution if kb = +0.512oC/m

a. 100.22 oC   
b. 100.10oC   
c. 100.51oC   
d. 102.68oC   
e. The correct answer is not given as an option

I'm really lost on this problem all I know is the answer isn't C...

Always find the no of moles first if you have no idea what to do and understand all the definitions first before solving the question.
