So lost in chemistry right now.
« on: March 27, 2012, 08:20:31 PM »
*delete me* My Chemistry class has a student teacher and she is horrible at teaching, so I'm completely lost on the homework.
If someone could just help me with one problem, I can get the rest of the paper. It deals with solubility product, the question is:
At 25 degrees, the concentration of Ag+ ions in a saturated solution of AgBr is 7.07x10(exponent -7) M. What is the value of Ksp for AgBr?

Please explain how I should do this, It would really really help me.

If the concentration of Ag+ is 7.07 x 10-7M, what is the concentration of bromide? What is the expression for solubility product?
