Buffer Capacity
« on: April 05, 2012, 01:06:09 AM »
Really confused about this question.  Would really appreciate a step-by-step breakdown of how to solve this. Thanks

Calculate the buffering capacity of an acetic acid/sodium acetate buffer if 30.00 mL of a 0.025 M solution of the buffer requires 9.83 mL of 0.025 M NaOH to change the pH by 1.00 unit.
