Topic: percent ionization anyone?  (Read 4373 times)

percent ionization anyone?

i just did a bunch of problems with percent ionization. but does anyone know how to do a question where they say what would the concentration of acrylic acid be 40% ionized or something similar? where the percent is given. they just say that when the ionization increases theres a decrese in concentration of acid

use the Ka of acrylic acid to use[conjugated base]/[acid] = 0,4

--> Ka = 0,4 * [H3O(+)]
