Binders in SSP fertilizer
« on: June 14, 2012, 04:53:09 AM »
Good Day

I am currently doing a project to improve the hardness of SSP fertilizer granules. I am thinking of adding a binding agent such as sodium or potassium silicate but I can't find any reliable information regarding application methods, or whether the binder influences the properties of the final product. Currently the SSP fertilizer is granulated using water and rotary bin granulators. Any help or information is sincerely appreciated :)
