The first two are enol tautomers of number 3 and I would not call them isomers in the true sense of the word. You will need a base to form them, therefore they do not exist in so far as you can put them in a bottle.

So how can I reject the first 2 as it's not taught to us..We have only taught to draw isomers-structural and stereoisomers... ???

The first two can only be obtained under special conditions. There are only 5 isomers.

If I was given to draw all the isomers of C8H8O,then how can I think that they are not  isomers....I have no knowledge about enol tautomers..sorry about that...I didn't find such thing in our cause work...

You said yourself above that they are not in your notes. They are isomers but not in the sense that you can put them in a bottle!
I can't say more that that.

Do you want to include things like cyclooctatetraene oxide or similar? ( http://dx.doi.org/10.1021/ja01020a058 )
