Melt it, add additives (anti-oxidant, filler, pigments etc.) extrude it around the wire.

Thx alot for your reply but i do that when I have pvc ready to work on extruder to coat wire.

But here I need to know about making PVC from its resin. I read some books that i have to add some stabilizers, plasticizers, heat stabilize, fillers, lubricants and bigments. I want help to insure all that types and its uses in PVC wires and cables.

I hope that you can help me :)
