Creating a solution

hey guys i was wondering if anyone knew how to create a solution that could burn through clothes,but not burn someones skin.thanks

Unrealistic and dangerous - most fibers are quite resistant, reagents able to destroy them will be doing it by brute force - thus they will be not sophisticated enough to stop on the skin.

I agree with Borek, any substance that could burn through clothing can undoubtably burn through skin. I can't imagine you having a reason for making such a thing other than for mischieve and getting yourself in trouble, anyway.
