Hi all,
i am new in this forum and yesterday i got this question:

Do you know the basic formulae which describe the dependency of the wavelength of the characteristic X-ray irradiation and the position of the element in the PTE ?

I am not chemist! Unfortunately, i cannot solved it myself. Can you help me?
by the way i do not know what is PTE... if i can help you with some more details, we were speaking for Energy Dispersive X-Ray analysis.

Thanks in advance!

Regards,
Kelly

HI,

Thanks a lot! But are you sure, because colleague of mine now told me something else?
