For some reaction, say A+B<-->C, we write the equilibrium constant as K=[C]/([A][ B ]), what happens if we consider the equivalent reaction 2A+2B-->2C, then it means K becomes 1/2 times? Please help me.

Write out the expressions for the eq. const. for Eq. 1 and Eq. 2
Now can you see why?
