Its a brain teazer with some chemical things in it...but as im not chemist Im having trouble seeing the logic in it.

The answer is coordinates - here is an example N58 46.123 E005 37.123

And heres the teazer  N58 46.(U)(C3H5(NO3))(Br)   E005 37.(Pu)(PbSO4)(NH4NO3)
