Need some help figuring out this question. If I could get some input to which ones you would pick and why would be awesome
BTW I am a new member and taking Organic Chem in college. Thanks

The reaction of an acid chloride is thought to go via a tetrahedral intermediate. So, if methoxide were to attack, upon which atoms would its charge become distributed?
