Could anyone tell me how to produce '' Potassium titanium oxalate-dihydrate'' with the chemical formula of ''C2H4KO6Ti''?? any help could me very useful.

Start by looking up the structure - the formula you posted is completely incorrect

Now you know the structure, you can have a go yourself.
Hint: Look up titanates and think about acid/base reactions

Yeah I know the structure but since I'm not a chemist, I have no idea what the reaction is and what kind of salts or acids I should mix to get that salt. Does anyone can tell me the reaction?

I'd imagine you mix potassium titanate + oxalic acid, but I don't know how it is produced industrially.
It's not expensive, probably cheaper to buy it than to make it.

It seems that potassium titanate has different formulas :
Various kinds of manufacturing by application as K2Ti (6~8) O (13~17)
which one should I use?

in the market there are several PH for Potassium Tetraoxalate Dihydrate. but I dont know why!!!!!
