Sorry if that's too trivial but I just wanted to make sure if I understand this right. Does mol% mean I should use fraction o mole? For example does 5%-mole TFAA mean to use 0.05 mole of TFAA for 1 mole of the reagent or any other amount with this ratio? Is this correct?

Yes, mol% = 100*equiv

So, 5 mol% = 0.05 equiv
