I know when we add D2O basic and acid protons disappear from
1
H spectrum, due to change, but what happen when some peaks change their chemical shift, when a D2O is added to sample?

Perhaps you added too much, 1 drop is all you need.

No I did not mean practically, I meant theoretically. I saw some exercises, where it says peak change chemical shift after D2O is added.

Well if the NMR solvent is water miscible then I would expect a shift in the signal.

So the acid base peaks are only ones, besides solvent, that can change, when D2O is added to sample?

No. The shifts in methanol and methanol/ water will be slightly different
