There is a later edition of Wagner's Manual of chemical technology here.  Google has it, but as typical they are censoring the rest of the world.  If you want the pdf outside of google click on the full directory to download from archive.

I have spent the past half hour trying to down load that and the best I can get is a text version that is just about impossible to read.  The epub  is not recognized in any of my readers.  The read on line works but that is not real convenient.

Any ideas?  I would really like to read this book.

I have a Nook with N2A (Nook to Android) card.  I use Mantano and Cool readers for actually reading in Android.  I don't use the Nook side at all.

The pdf is about 60M, it's a collection of scanned images which is why it's so big.  I've tried something of similar size on a kindle and it choked.  The other formats I ignore.
