What are the intermolecular forces of Saccharin and Xylitol?

I'm getting confused; are they both hydrogen bonds, dipole-dipole or neither of those?
Saccharin (C7H5NO3S) and Xylitol (C5H12O5).

Can you explain what is confusing you?

1. What must a molecule ave in order to form hydrogen bonds?
2. What must a molecule have to participate in dipole-dipole interactions?
3. Compare the criteria from 1 and 2 with the structures of xylitol and saccharin.
