Diels-Alder (?) problem - intramolecular reaction to form a ring

What reactants and conditions might be used to complete this reaction? I'm bemused. it's probably really simple, these things usually are when you have the answer....

This is not a Diels-Alder reaction, but an equally famous named reaction of esters.
Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!
