pH of solution by mixing equal volume of 5M & 4M

What will be the pH of solution obtained by mixing equal volume of solution of 5M & 4M concentration.
I have doubt that when i take -log[H+] of >1 H+ value the pH becomes negative which is not possible.What should be done here

pH can take negative values, it just rarely does.
Note that in highly concentrated solution there are additional effects that should be taken into account when calculating pH. However, they are a way above HS level.
