OK. We have some problems here:
1). We don't offer help for self-mediation or self experimentation on this forum. This is simply a liability issue. So this post in dead in the water.
2). Mostly a pet peeve of mine. But ... you didn't actually ask a question. You put two links to blog posts and then the spreadsheet. You say what you plan is dangerous and you need help ... but you decided to not tell us what it is. That annoys me, personally. And is, in some ways against the rules -- we like to see a written question. Maybe you didn't
feel like summarizing the content for us. Or maybe you just want your favorite blog on your pet topic to get multiple hits -- making this post an advertisement.
3). I went to your first two links and watched them ... slowly build (they seem to be very graphic intensive) because its my responsibility, after all, to check whats posted. For people who are curious, here's a link to a newspaper article, where the plan is summarized and explained, that loads rapidly:
http://www.businessinsider.com/rob-rhinehart-food-substitute-soylent-2013-3 and a link to a criticism from a nutritionist (a scientist, like the O.P. asked for):
http://www.businessinsider.com/rob-rhinehart-food-substitute-eating-disorder-2013-3Trindaz:, if you really want to discuss this topic. Consider learning the basics of nutrition. Then, try to summarize what small points of this particular topic you still don't understand. Then ask those questions, without the personalized self-experimental angle.
