Calculating the activation energy from oxygen consumption graph.

Hi all,
I am currently attempting this question:
http://screencast.com/t/MwpF2qwn4
.
So I need to plot a graph like it says here:
http://screencast.com/t/UDcWOzpcCxGa
I then end up with this:
http://screencast.com/t/N6SlmhUzcAJ
So if I times the gradient by R I should end up with 29.7 Kj mol^-1 but I instead end up with 57.18 * 8.314 = 475 Kj mol^-1 .
Any thoughts on what I could be doing wrong?
Thanks!
