 This might seem like a really, REALLY silly question. However; I was wondering where I could find the California laws on having a home chemistry set / Glassware. I was about to begin ordering my new equipment for my home and realized I forgot to look into the laws out here.

The California Dept. of Public Safey might be a nice place to start. You're going to have to search a lot of places. OR...you could do what I do, and just don't get seen/caught. But really, do as I say, not as I do.
